Individuals can learn about certain shortcuts from other members. Individuals learn how to give leftovers a lift from other members. Individuals learn how to add ingredients to dishes to make them different. Or individuals can ask the food editor questions that they need answered.

For those individuals that enjoy home cooking and competing, the contests section offers those two elements. Individuals can win a taste of home cooking homecoming, an autumn in New England, a big cash giveaway, and various recipe contests.
